Website terms

1. About these terms
These terms explain how visitors, candidates, recruiters, and employers may use Remote Dev Jobs UK. By using the website, browsing listings, submitting a job, or contacting us, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Remote Dev Jobs UK provides a public jobs board for remote and remote-friendly software roles. We may add, edit, reject, remove, expire, or moderate listings where needed to keep the website useful, accurate, lawful, and safe for visitors.
3. Job listings
Employers and recruiters are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the listings they submit. Listings must not be misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, spammy, or posted without permission from the hiring organisation.
We do not guarantee that a listing will receive applications, traffic, interviews, hires, or any specific outcome. Candidates should carry out their own checks before applying for or accepting any role.
4. Payments
Where paid posting is available, prices are shown before checkout. Payment must be completed before a role is submitted for publication. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, payments are for the publication of a listing and are not refundable once a listing has been reviewed or published.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to access systems without permission, scrape the website at unreasonable volume, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or company, or use the website in a way that disrupts the service for others.
6. Content and intellectual property
The website design, copy, branding, and software are owned by Remote Dev Jobs UK or its licensors. Job posters grant us permission to host, display, format, promote, and share the content they submit for the purpose of operating the jobs board.
7. Third-party links
Listings may link to external application forms, company websites, email addresses, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, security, availability, or privacy practices.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security, product, or operational reasons.
9. Liability
The website is provided on an as-is basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the website.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
