Join Grafana Labs’ Identity and Access team as a Staff Software Engineer in the Identity squad, owning the authentication layer that determines how Grafana users prove who they are across open-source and proprietary codebases.

You’ll define architecture and lead multi-quarter, multi-service initiatives for edge authentication, working with protocols including OAuth 2.1 (MCP OAuth), OIDC, SAML, LDAP, and SCIM, while splitting time across backend development (Golang), technical leadership, and operations/reliability.
