Senior AI Engineer, Unstructured AI

Join Collibra’s Unstructured AI Team to shape how AI systems retrieve, structure, and use context to deliver accurate results at scale, owning end-to-end delivery from prototype to stable production across enterprise environments. You’ll build and scale systems that handle large volumes of unstructured content (e.g., PDFs, contracts, and reports) from distributed data silos, partnering across engineering, product, and sales from prototype to rollout.

In this hybrid Brussels role (minimum two days per week in the office), you’ll write and review production-grade backend code in Python/FastAPI, build and deploy large-scale document-processing pipelines, and integrate data from sources like SharePoint and Salesforce. The role calls for strong Python and AI-driven enrichment experience (e.g., classification, entity extraction, deduplication, PII detection), big data frameworks such as Spark, solid API/microservice and pipeline design, plus strong communication and calm decision-making under ambiguity; a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and Brussels work authorization are required.
