Collibra is hiring an AI Enablement Manager in Brussels to lead AI enablement programs and coaching that help employees adopt AI tools and integrate practical AI opportunities into everyday workflows.

As part of Collibra’s Talent Management & Development team, you’ll report to the Director of Talent Management & Development and lead company-wide AI enablement initiatives, partnering closely with Product & Engineering and leaders across the business to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities and accelerate adoption.

You’ll design and deliver workshops, self-paced learning and scalable resources, build an AI mentor network, measure AI maturity and sustainable adoption, and own the Product & Engineering onboarding program. This is a hybrid role based in Collibra’s Brussels office, working from the office at least two days per week.
