Senior Cloud Support Engineer
AlphaSense is hiring a Senior Cloud Support Engineer (remote in the UK) to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues across private cloud, search infrastructure, APIs, and agentic systems while mentoring teammates and raising the team’s technical bar.
AlphaSense builds AI-driven market intelligence and search used by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. Customer & Product Support sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and R&D, working globally to ensure seamless access and optimal use of AlphaSense’s platform.
As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, you’ll serve as a senior technical voice for strategic customers, independently troubleshooting complex issues spanning SaaS and private cloud environments, search infrastructure, and APIs—often without requiring engineering involvement to confirm root cause. This is a senior individual contributor role where you’ll mentor junior engineers, contribute to onboarding, and drive issues to closure end-to-end.
