Airalo is hiring a Data Engineering Manager (remote in Spain or the UK) to lead the backend foundations of its data organization and build a scalable, high-quality data ecosystem.

Airalo, the world’s first eSIM store, helps millions of travelers access affordable mobile data in 200+ countries and regions. The team is 400+ people across 60+ countries and fully remote by design; English is the day-to-day working language.

As Data Engineering Manager, you’ll manage a pod of Data Engineers (2 Senior Data Engineers and 1 Customer Data Platform Engineer), shape the hiring roadmap as the function grows, and partner with the Data Director to evolve from ad-hoc work to a structured, scalable data ecosystem. You’ll own data architecture, ingestion, and orchestration, and work cross-functionally with Product & Engineering, MarTech, and partners to ensure clean, reliable data across the organization.
